User Satisfaction is a module made by Synolia, enabling any user to give monthly feedbacks regarding the CRM, through the Sugar web client.

This is a valuable ally for any Product Owner, allowing him to track the membership and satisfaction of users in CRM.

Any user can now give his feedback by clicking an icon and writing an optional comment

This module only records one feedback per user per month, so if an user clicks on the « User satisfaction » icon, the CRM will display the record view pre-filled with the last update given by the user for the current month. Any user can modify the feedback he has already given for the current month by clicking on this menu.

The Sugar administrator, sponsor and any users with the proper roles can consult the overall satisfaction on their Sugar Dashboard for the last month.

Managing the users’ feedbacks

A role called « User satisfaction administrator » is created during package installation. Only Sugar Admins and role members can access to module. This menu is useful for managing the users’ feedbacks. An out-of-the-box report named « KPI – User Satisfaction » displays the feedbacks that users gave the current month. Uou can now see the feedback from your users and act accordingly !

Make your user satisfaction dashboard

In order to be able to follow the users satisfaction entries, a dedicated dashboard can be created, very useful for the product owner ! A dashlet displays the User Satisfaction KPI for the last month. It’s also possible to show the voting details. Note that the User Satisfaction module is accessible from the Reports, so it is possible to create graphical reports and then integrate them on the dashboard (example: feedbacks for the current month). Finally, the "Active tasks" dashlet allows you to communicate around the satisfaction rate or the "My Activity Stream" dashlet in order to create follow-up tasks (example: plan a training).
