It's a visual-based, guided selling and performance management console, built on intelligent analytics. It provides sales leaders true visibility into what’s working and sales reps insights they can take immediate action upon. The supercharger uses AI to map myriad data sources to capture reps’ real activities, and auto-populates them into the Sugar. It then applies your standard sales model and methodology to that data, to visually show reps where they are coming up short and recommend: next steps, sales plays, micro training or collateral. Managers can also make recommendations or provide guidance right within the opportunity record. The opportunity prioritization and next step recommendations are refined as the supercharger learns more about what activities are producing better results. They are defined as common sales KPIs such as higher close rates, shorter sales cycles and faster deal momentum.
