You will be presented with the creation screen where you can enter the information about the event itself, such as type, start and end dates, and booking deadlines.
Invites and Reminders
You also have the ability to specify the landing page URLs for Accept and Decline invitation actions and Information about the event, as well as defining which email templates should be used for Invitations and Reminders.
Creating Event Email Templates
Invites and Reminder templates can be created by going to the Emails module.
To add invitees to an event, navigate into the required Event and select Manage Bookings. You can add invitees from any of the following modules: Prospects (Targets), Leads or Contacts.
Once invited, you can click on the Edit button at the end of the booking record in list view to edit the booking record without navigating away from the listview
Once you have populated your invitee list, you can send invites in one of two ways, invite selected or invite all.
Reminders can be sent in one of two ways, Invite selected or invite all.
Create and manage events
Storing information such as Event types, Event date, Event costs, Customised invitation and reminder templates with customised accept and decline redirects
Manage invitees from Targets, Leads, Contacts or Reports. Set information per booking as to invitee role, invitee status and get automatic invitation responses recorded from email clicks.
