The creation of all Toggl projects is automatically managed from Sugar. When users assign an account record to be a customer, it then automatically creates a Toggl Client ID. And when users create a bucket of recorded hours for a project, it creates a Toggl Product ID associated with the Toggl Client ID.
Now you can create reports in Sugar for the time you spend on each customer, and you can track billable and non-billable time. So, you can keep all tracked data in both Toggl and Sugar.
